SOSPoint is built for emergency location sharing. We keep data to the minimum required to provide the service, support users, and comply with the law.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
Live location is shared only when you press SOS in Telegram and only with the trusted contacts you set up. Sharing runs up to 5 hours by default and stops automatically or when you stop it.
We do not track after the sharing window ends.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
SOSPoint never receives or stores your card details — this information is handled only by Stripe.
We store only minimal technical information about payment status (e.g., success confirmation and subscription date) and operational logs required to run the service.
This data is kept solely for accounting, support, security, and legal compliance, and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Access to systems is restricted and monitored. We regularly review configurations and permissions.
SOSPoint is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal data without parental consent, contact us and we will address it.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to make a request.
