By using SOSPoint, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SOSPoint helps you share your live location with trusted contacts via SMS when you press SOS in Telegram.
Sharing runs up to 5 hours by default and stops automatically or when you stop it. We do not track after the sharing window ends.
SOSPoint is not a replacement for 911 or emergency services.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in accordance with the law. Currently, SOSPoint is available in the United States only.
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe (monthly or yearly). Prices are listed before tax.
Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout by Stripe based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes due.
You can cancel anytime; service remains active until the end of the paid period.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. SOSPoint never receives or stores card details; this is handled only by Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
When you press SOS, SMS alerts with a secure link are sent to your trusted contacts. You must ensure you have permission to message those contacts where required.
Carrier fees or message delivery issues are outside our control.
SOSPoint does not contact 911 or emergency responders for you. In an emergency, call 911 or your local equivalent.
SOSPoint, its content, and trademarks are owned by Monarch Group ATL LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service as described in these Terms.
Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or delivery of SMS under all conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOSPoint and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
Your use of SOSPoint is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Georgia unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will post the effective date below.
