Opening the link, they see you on a map in real time and can get directions to you using the navigation app on their phone.

No. The link opens in any browser on a phone or computer, no registration required.

No. SOSPoint notifies your loved ones when a phone call is not possible. It is an additional channel to emergency services, not a replacement. In case of immediate danger to life, always call 911 first.

SOSPoint needs mobile data or Wi-Fi to send your location. Without a signal, the alert cannot be delivered. SOSPoint will attempt to send or update your location when connectivity becomes available.

We send the secure link only to the trusted contacts you add in the app, and only during an active SOS session. Because the link opens in a browser, anyone who obtains the link may be able to view the shared location until the session ends or the link expires. Recipients should not forward the link. Location sharing starts when you press SOS and stops when you press STOP in the app or after 5 hours.

Your data is stored on secure SOSPoint servers and is used only to operate the app: account, SOS sessions, trusted contacts, notifications, and live location during an active SOS situation.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Access to data is restricted by technical and organizational security measures. Location is used only for SOSPoint features and is visible to your trusted contacts only when you start an SOS session.

Yes. You can delete your account and all related data at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Data Management → Delete Account
• Or via sospoint.us/delete-account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Cancel anytime.

If you don't cancel, your selected plan activates on day 8. Apple or Google will send a reminder one day before the charge. You can cancel anytime, access continues until the end of your paid period.
